• Performance and efficiency data

2.3 TwinEdge Field Mobile Data

When an authorized user starts or contributes to a mobile work or diagnostic workflow, TwinEdge Field may collect:

• Work orders, tasks, labor, parts, inspections, permits, routes, notes, signatures, and closeout evidence
• Technician-started equipment sound recordings and derived acoustic features
• Accelerometer and gyroscope samples and derived vibration-screening features
• Photos, videos, OCR text, gauge or display readings, nameplates, and asset context
• Capture quality, operating context, diagnostic findings, confidence, limitations, model references, review state, evidence hashes, and before-and-after comparisons
• Optional approximate or precise location for organization-enabled site, route, proximity, geotagged-evidence, or safety workflows

Mobile diagnostic artifacts may be stored locally and synchronized according to the organization's retention, redaction, review, and deployment configuration. Privacy-safe model telemetry is designed not to include raw sound, photos, local file paths, or binary samples in the telemetry event itself.

2.4 Usage Data

We automatically collect:

• Browser type and device information
• IP address and geographic location
• Pages visited and features used
• Session duration and interaction patterns

We use collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our Services
• Process transactions and send related information

We retain your data based on your subscription tier:

• Professional: 365 days of telemetry data
• Enterprise: Custom retention periods

Account information is retained until you delete your account or request deletion.

TwinEdge Field diagnostic policy may set separate retention and redaction rules for raw sound, motion data, photos, OCR, derived features, findings, evidence, location, and model telemetry. Offline data remains on the device until synchronization, policy-driven cleanup, administrator action, or user-authorized removal.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit
• AES-256 encryption for data at rest
• Multi-tenant isolation with Row-Level Security
• Regular security audits and penetration testing
• SOC 2 Type II compliance (Enterprise tier)

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

• Service Providers: Cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery
